Position Summary:
To ensure customer satisfaction by handling each customer with the eye’s, hi’s and help. To ensure each customer has a positive shopping experience and to remember that the customer is the top priority. 

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to complete the following tasks:
1-   Operate a cash register including cash transactions, checks, charges
2-   Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash register performance.
3-   Request additional help when needed to increase customer satisfaction.
4-   Greet each customer using the eye’s, hi’s and help at all times and assist customers with their questions, problems, and        complaints.
5-   Store cleanliness: dust/face; clean windows; rubbish removal; exterior maintenance; sweeping and stock shelves.
6-   Answer the telephone using the appropriate greeting.
7-   Maintain check-out area: fill register supplies, bags; wipe counter tops
8-   Issue rainchecks when requested
9-   React to potential shoplifters following company guidelines
10- Maintain customer confidentiality
11- Maintain card department: order, stock, inventory, signing
12- Display and sign weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise
13- Prepare damages: document counts and item numbers, seal trays
14- In-store signing,
including: shelves, displays, dump baskets, windows, ceiling
15 Assist other staff members when needed.
16- Unload and load trays/cases - 35 pound maximum to a height of 4 feet
17- Move trays/cases from one location to another

Job Category: Kitchen Assistant

Position Summary:
The Kitchen Assistant contributes to the success of Crown Burger & Subs by inspiring discovery and being a helpful partner on our customers’ daily journey of memorable experiences. The Kitchen Assistant blends a passion for cooking and entertaining and an entrepreneurial spirit to support the Resident Chef in driving business results. The Kitchen Assistant follows the direction established by the Resident Chef. 

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age - not older than 26 years.

Ability to complete the following tasks:
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for food preparation and cooking activities to help a kitchen run smoothly. Duties of this position may encompass many different tasks including preparing food by chopping and dicing, pre-baking, making desserts, soups, sauces or salads, marinating foods and cleaning. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a team environment and have excellent organizational skills. This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.

The ideal candidate will:

1- Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.

2- Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.

Job Category:
 Food Delivery Driver  AM & PM Positions 

Position Summary:
  1. Provide accurate and timely food delivery to clients on a designated route.
  2. Report missed deliveries (clients not at home) and changes in client status to Distribution Coordinator.
  3. Record weekly hours.
  4. Assist in training new volunteers or subs.
  5. Do not perform any tasks for clients outside of delivering food.  
* To ensure the quality of service Crown Burger & Subs, trains candidates from 7 - 15 days. during the training period, any minor & unintentional errors are covered by the company, the first week of training is not a paid week. Meanwhile, the second week depends on how fast the candidate learns the job.
